Answer:Visit to a Place of Historical Interest.
Explanation:
Visit to a Place of Historical Interest.
It is a common saying that travel improves educational knowledge.Last November, our school thought of making us reallse the real grandeur of Mughal art through a direct contact with the Mughal era’s masterpiece- Taj Mahal.
The Taj Mahal is an impressive building built in the memory of Mumtaz Mahal, the beautiful dead wife of emperor Shah Jahan. It took 22 years and 22, 000 workers to build this monument. It was made entirely out of white marble brought from all over the world. This monument stands for the devotion and love for his dearest wife.
We found carved motifs and prayers in Urdu on the walls and floor. In its structure there is the combination of many architectural styles such as Indian, Persian, Turkish and Islamic. Below the surface we got to see the sarcophagus of both Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan- the eternal lovers. At night we experienced the rare beauty of full moon light. The light was reflected by the tomb making the entire Taj Mahal shine like a grand piece of diamond dazzling under the clear sky.
This building has acquired fame as a seventh wonder of the world. The beauty charmed us very much. I am full of wonder even now and can still see the beauty of the Taj Mahal in my mind’s eye.

In the sentence "Frankenstein, a novel by Mary Shelley, is very long, but I enjoyed reading it," there are two clauses. The first clause, "Frankenstein, a novel by Mary Shelley, is very long," is an independent clause, meaning it can stand alone as a complete sentence.
The second clause, "but I enjoyed reading it," is a dependent clause because it cannot stand alone as a sentence. It depends on the independent clause for meaning.
The two clauses are connected by the coordinating conjunction "but." The independent clause sets up the condition or situation, and the dependent clause provides additional information about the speaker's reaction to that situation.
Understanding clauses is essential to effective writing because it helps writers construct sentences that are clear and concise. It also enables them to recognize sentence fragments and run-on sentences, which can detract from the clarity and coherence of a piece of writing.
