Why does Shakespeare portray Duncan as an elderly, respected king when the real Duncan was actually a younger, weak man?

Answers

Answer:

Shakespeare's portrayal of King Duncan was different in the play than from the reality as he deliberately mixed the facts with fiction.

Explanation:

It is noteworthy that the play 'Macbeth' was written by William Shakespeare in sometime between 1603-1607, some 400 years ago after the real incidents. Macbeth was the King of Scotland from 1040 – 1057.

The play 'Macbeth' was not written as a historical play rather a play for amusement of King James I. This is the reason that Shakespeare deliberately mixed facts of past realities with fiction. Though King Duncan was weak and inadequate ruler of Scotland in the past, Shakespeare mixed the element of fiction and turned the character of King Duncan into old and wise King.

One of the things I can do because I'm autistic — it's an ability rather than a disability — is I've got a very, very vivid imagination. Let me explain it to you a bit. It's like I'm walking in two worlds most of the time. There's the real world, the world that we all share, and there's the world in my mind, and the world in my mind is often so much more real than the real world. Like, it's very easy for me to let my mind loose because I don't try and fit myself into a tiny little box. That's one of the best things about being autistic. You don't have the urge to do that. You find what you want to do, you find a way to do it, and you get on with it. If I was trying to fit myself into a box, I wouldn't be here, I wouldn't have achieved half the things that I have now. There are problems, though. There are problems with being autistic, and there are problems with having too much imagination. School can be a problem in general, but having also to explain to a teacher on a daily basis that their lesson is inexplicably dull and you are secretly taking refuge in a world inside your head in which you are not in that lesson, that adds to your list of problems. (Laughter) Also, when my imagination takes hold, my body takes on a life of its own. When something very exciting happens in my inner world, I've just got to run. I've got to rock backwards and forwards, or sometimes scream. This gives me so much energy, and I've got to have an outlet for all that energy. But I've done that ever since I was a child, ever since I was a tiny little girl. And my parents thought it was cute, so they didn't bring it up, but when I got into school, they didn't really agree that it was cute. It can be that people don't want to be friends with the girl that starts screaming in an algebra lesson. And this doesn't normally happen in this day and age, but it can be that people don't want to be friends with the autistic girl. It can be that people don't want to associate with anyone who won't or can't fit themselves into a box that's labeled normal. But that's fine with me, because it sorts the wheat from the chaff, and I can find which people are genuine and true and I can pick these people as my friends.

When prices for energy, food, commodities, and other goods and services rise, the entire economy is affected. Rising prices, known as inflation, impact the cost of living, the cost of doing business, borrowing money, mortgages, corporate, and government bond yields, and every other facet of the economy.

With regard to the factors contributing to the rise in the general price-level, one may mention that on the demand side the following factors have operated: rapid growth of population, increase in incomes, rising non-development expenditure of the government and increase in money supply.

The government of the day goes on imposing taxes after taxes on the already burdened citizens. This leads to a lot of money going into the national expenditure and into the pockets of corrupt leaders and officials. Black marketing also leads to heavy taxation as people conceal their actual income.

Production of agricultural goods should be increased along with industrial goods. Their prices should be fixed. The government should undertake to ration in cities and villages. Write an informative essay explaining what has caused the English spoken today to be different from the English spoken in earlier centuries. pls write an actual essay

Answers

Answer:

There are many species of life that are more than able to communicate, but humans have a unique form of communication. We are the only species capable of using language as a form of communication. Think about the first people and how difficult it would have been for them to communicate without language. From never having a single word to over hundreds of thousands of words in modern times, all the words that were created in order for people to communicate are a part of a complex system. It is a difficult concept to understand because we’ve been using language for most of our lives and all of these words have been in place for thousands of years. Language is something that is constantly changing, it’s not an every day change, but it is gradually evolving. For the most part, language is passed down through generations so parents and children are able to communicate with one another. Changes in language have occurred throughout centuries over a short period of time and have evolved through different degrees of English such as old English, middle English, and modern English.

However, old English wasn’t the first form of English created, but it’s the foundation of our modern day English. It has come down from many variations of other languages but it’s roots came from the West-Germanic language. The old English language had many variations occur from the fifth century to the mid twelfth century. This was due to all the wars in Europe over land and the struggle for power. The language spoken was, for the most part, a result of whoever had power. Generally, a society would speak the language of the king since these earlier eras believed in the divine right of the king. Most people in modern day America would not be able to understand the language and writings of this time. As a matter a fact they, wouldn’t be able to recognize some of the letters. Beowulf was one novel written in the old English language during the year 1066 and is just one example of the complex forms of old English. Written towards the end of old English and the start of middle English, there were many centuries before and after Beowulf where the old English language was still evolving; however, it was the first writing recorded in history that used the old English language. Many of the characters and spelling are far from similar to modern day. It is much easier to comprehend.

Consequently, the late modern English era was created. Late modern English started in the nineteenth century and goes all the way up to present day. The biggest boom in language reform has occurred just recently. The main factor behind this is the new improvements in technology. Within the last few years technological advancements have exploded. One of the easiest ways to communicate with people in modern times is to send a quick text. Generally speaking, a person will change the spelling of words, drop vowels or a repeated letter, replace words with numbers, and even use made up acronyms while texting to make things quick and simple. This poor use of grammar, spelling, and punctuation creates bad habits for the youth.

Language is always evolving and the English language might have gone through the quickest phase of evolution which can be seen through examples of old English, middle English, and modern English. These changes may be subtle or drastic as verbal and written methods of communication change with cultures and societies. Language reform has occurred for centuries now and as long as societies and cultures evolve, language will continue to change to meet the needs of communication.

Your company has been approached to bid on a contract to sell 22,000 voice recognition (VR) computer keyboards per year for four years. Due to technological improvements, beyond that time they will be outdated and no sales will be possible. The equipment necessary for the production will cost $3,600,000 and will be depreciated on a straight-line basis to a zero salvage value. Production will require an investment in net working capital of $120,000 to be returned at the end of the project, and the equipment can be sold for $240,000 at the end of production. Fixed costs are $775,000 per year and variable costs are $39 per unit.
