Explain how the resolution in Julie of the Wolves helps develop one of the novel's themes.
The resolution in Julie of the Wolves helps develop one of the novel's themes, in the manner that Julie of the Wolves' resolution reflects the theme that everyone needs a family.
What is resolution?A tale's resolution is the culmination of the plot of the story. The resolve, often known as the dénouement, is a literary phrase for the last narrative elements that occur after the climax and declining action of a novel. A resolution can be a moment or combination of events that bring a narrative arc together near the end of the work.
One of Julie of the Wolves' most essential themes is the necessity of family in maintaining an individual's well-being. Miyax lost the entire wolf family that adopted her and helped her overcome challenges, according to Julie of the Wolvess' resolve.
With that, she knows that her time in nature has come to an end and that she must return to the one family she has left, her biological father. This demonstrates how, even if we do not agree with the way our family lives, we will always require it.

Mrs. Thompson, a middle-aged school teacher, was standing in front of the classroom during a lively discussion on grammar. Suddenly, she stumbled and accidentally dropped her lesson plan on the ground.
One of the students, a young girl named Laura, noticed this and spoke up. "Mrs. Thompson, are you okay?"
Mrs. Thompson looked a bit embarrassed by her clumsiness, but luckily, she was an unflappable person who was used to overcoming unexpected obstacles. "Yes, Laura, I'm fine. Just a little misstep."
The class continued without a hitch and Mrs. Thompson was back to her usual upbeat self. Suddenly, one of the students, a stubborn young boy named Tim, raised his hand and asked a question that had nothing to do with the current lesson.
"Mrs. Thompson, why do we have to learn this boring stuff? It's definitely not going to help us in the real world."
Mrs. Thompson took a deep breath and tried to remain calm. She knew that Tim was an obstinate child, but she was adaptable and knew how to deal with him. "Tim, I understand that this subject may not be your favorite, but it's important to learn it. It will help you improve your language skills and be better at communicating."
Tim rolled his eyes, but Mrs. Thompson didn't let that faze her. She continued teaching the lesson, never losing her composure.
As the class ended, Laura approached Mrs. Thompson.

The Curse of the Bambino
(1) On December 26, 1919, the owner of the Boston Red Sox, Harry Frazee, made a decision that would haunt fans of the club for 86 years. He sold his best player, Babe Ruth, to the New York Yankees. This transaction marked the beginning of the "Curse of the Bambino." The Curse of the Bambino was the belief that, because the Red Sox sold Babe Ruth, they would never win another World Series.
(2) Ruth helped the Red Sox win the World Series in 1915, 1916, and 1918. However, his demands for a higher salary and his poor attitude caused Frazee to look for a chance to trade him. He chose an offer from the Yankees to sell Ruth for cash.
(3) Unfortunately for the Red Sox, Ruth would go on to become the greatest player in the history of the game. After purchasing Ruth, the Yankees would go on to become the most successful baseball club in history. They won their 26th World Series title in 2000.
(4) However, the worst part of the curse was that the Red Sox came very close to winning the championship several times but suffered heartbreaking losses. For Sox fans, seeing their team suffer heartbreaking losses was worse than the fate of teams like the Chicago Cubs, who were usually too bad to even get close.
(5) Finally, in 2004, Red Sox fans were rewarded for their loyalty. The Red Sox were able to defeat their rivals, the Yankees, to advance to the World Series. Then, they easily defeated the St. Louis Cardinals. While Red Sox fans suffered for 86 years, they would say that their victory in 2004 was sweeter because they had longed for it for so many years.
Which of the following sentences would best introduce paragraph 4?
A.
At least the Red Sox were still a good team for many of those years.
B.
Meanwhile, the Red Sox failed to win a single title since the day they sold Ruth.
C.

Ahh, 1933. Native American children chasing chickens, the sweet smell of wheat on the air, and- a giant dam? The Grand Coulee dam left an enormous impact. Whether it was a negative or a positive impact, we're going to find out.
While dams are a great way to decrease the use of fossil fuels, construction leaves a massive negative impact. For example, the Grand Coulee Dam made salmon unable to migrate downriver to lay their eggs, thus forcing salmon to overpopulate or die out in that area. Another negative impact on the environment was getting materials to build the dam. I mean, those 12 million cubic yards of concrete had to come from somewhere.
Another notable impact was the death count. Seventy-seven workers died while building the Grand Coulee Dam, and it took eight years to construct it. Even though the 1930s were called the Great Depression, I'm sure these people still had a lot to live for, and these families must have been sorry to see them go.
While there were many negative impacts, the dam still helped society in many ways. For example, it still provides more than twenty-one billion kilowatts of electricity each year, and the energy is clean. Meaning, it doesn't pollute the air or the water.
The environment was also affected healthily. All that extra water helps trees and undergrowth, along with fish and land animals. Crops were also healthier and the economy grew. The dam also provided the power needed to make aluminum, which helped during World War II.

How do we become who we are? Traditionally, people’s answers have placed them in one of two camps: nature or nurture. The one says genes determine an individual while the other claims the environment is the linchpin for development. Since the 16th century, when the terms “nature” and “nurture” first came into use, many people have spent ample time debating which is more important, but these discussions have more often led to ideological cul-de-sacs rather than pinnacles of insight.
New research into epigenetics the science of how the environment influences genetic expressions changing the conversation. As psychologist David S. Moore explains in his newest book, The Developing Genome, this burgeoning field reveals that what counts is not what genes you have so much as what your genes are doing. And what your genes are doing is influenced by the ever-changing environment they’re in. Factors like stress, nutrition, and exposure to toxins all play a role in how genes are expressed essentially which genes are turned on or off. Unlike the static conception of nature or nurture, epigenetic research demonstrates how genes and environments continuously interact to produce characteristics throughout a lifetime.
The structure of the paragraph is compare and contrast. It contrasts the influence of nature on development by describing details that support the other side of the debate. It shows that environment also has a strong influence on people.

How would you explain what poetry is to someone who has never seen or read a poem?
Answer: Poetry is a form of written language that uses rhyme and rhythm to create an emotional response in an audience. Poets use their words to convey ideas, feelings, and experiences, and their words can be funny or sad, happy or angry.
Explanation: Poetry is a form of writing that uses words to tell a story. The language used in poetry is often very similar to the language used in everyday speech, and it can be difficult to determine what exactly makes a poem "poetic."
Poetry is often categorized by meter and rhyme scheme—meters are patterns of rhythm and punctuation that dictate how long each word should last. Rhyme schemes are sets of words that sound similar when sounded out. For example, an iambic pentameter would have five pairs of stressed and unstressed syllables per line and emphasize the second syllable from the end with an unstressed syllable at the end. An anapaestic tetrameter would have two pairs of unstressed and stressed syllables per line, with no emphasis on the second pair from either end.
Poets can use these techniques along with many others to create beautiful works of art that can take your breath away or make you laugh out loud.
What is the structure and style of a poem?
Answer:
Poems can be structured, with rhyming lines and meter, the rhythm and emphasis of a line based on syllabic beats. Poems can also be freeform, which follows no formal structure. The basic building block of a poem is a verse known as a stanza

What’s for Lunch?
by Marcia Amidon Lusted
Zachary Maxwell was tired of trying to explain to his parents why he wanted to bring lunch to school instead of eating hot lunch. They couldn’t understand why he didn’t want to eat the gourmet food described on the school’s online menu, which sounded both nutritious and interesting. Zachary just couldn’t convince them that the food wasn’t as great as it sounded. So in the fall of 2011, he began sneaking a small video camera into the cafeteria at his school, to show his parents what the lunches were really like. Six months and 75 school lunches later, Zachary made a documentary film about his lunch called Yuck: A 4th Grader’s Short Documentary About School Lunch.
Do you think Zachary provided an objective opinion in his documentary? Did that affect the quality of the film?
Answer:
Yes, Zachary provided an objective opinion in his documentary. This impartiality was vital for the quality of the film, as it helped to ensure viewers received an unbiased representation of the topic. It also created a documentary that could be viewed objectively, as viewers could make their own conclusions about the subject matter without being influenced by Zachary’s personal viewpoint.
