My best bet would be a sports bra! I would use one used in women's sports thats supposed to hold back bigger ch3sts, which is a high support one. But, PLEASE treat it like a normal binder. Don't use it for too long, and even though it's used in sports, try not to do too many straining things in it. I used one (which give or take was too small for me, which was intended) and it messed me up for a while where my ribs constantly hurt and breathing was awful for a bit. Just be careful, and use the bra + hoodies or something like tcking your shirt in and having it billow over edge! It leaves more room for the front and flattens everythin out. (I dunno what your ID entirely is but I'm enby and can wear about anything, and if thats the same for you there's a lot of ways to manipulate clothing to make it flatten you out more!) Best of luck, stay safe!

As someone who struggles with a female body as an enby, I’d say a sports bra that makes you look flatter, I’d say one without padding. But please don’t wear one that restricts breath. Please don’t wear it for too long either good luck

Answer:

The sub-group of AA that helps young people come together to share their experiences of having been affected by someone else's drinking is called Al-Anon. Al-Anon is a 12-step program for people who have been affected by someone else's drinking, including children, spouses, partners, parents, and friends. Al-Anon meetings are held all over the world, and they are free to attend.

Al-Anon is based on the idea that alcoholism is a family disease, and that everyone in the family is affected by the alcoholic's drinking. Al-Anon meetings provide a safe space for people to share their experiences, feelings, and fears about alcoholism. Meetings also provide information about alcoholism and how to cope with its effects.

Explain the overload principle. Discuss the relationship between the principle of overload and the FITT principle. (6 points)

Your answer:

Answers

The overload principle is a fundamental concept in exercise science that states that for physical fitness to improve, the body must be systematically subjected to more stress than it is used to handling. This means that to see improvements, the body must be challenged beyond its normal limits. This is typically achieved by gradually increasing the frequency, intensity, time, or type (FITT) of the exercise routine.

The FITT principle is a framework used to design a safe and effective exercise program. The principle of overload is a key component of the FITT principle. By progressively increasing one or more of the FITT variables, the body is forced to adapt to new demands, leading to improvements in physical fitness.

For example, if an individual wants to improve their cardiovascular endurance, they might increase the frequency of their workouts (i.e., how often they exercise), the intensity of their workouts (i.e., how hard they exercise), the time spent exercising (i.e., how long they exercise), or the type of exercise they perform (e.g., running instead of walking). By gradually increasing one or more of these variables over time, the individual can apply the overload principle and see improvements in their cardiovascular endurance.

The overload principle states that in order to improve your fitness, you need to gradually increase the demands placed on your body during exercise. This means challenging your body beyond its current capacity. The FITT principle, on the other hand, is a guideline for designing an effective exercise program. It stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type. The overload principle is closely related to the FITT principle because it helps determine how to apply the principles of frequency, intensity, and time to progressively challenge your body and achieve fitness gains.

Answers

Answer:

A.

Explanation:

Elderly are more susceptible to diseases and harmful illnesses, well not entirely. Elderly and very young children are more likely to be harmed from the bacteria in most sicknesses. This happens because their immune system is weakened compared to young adults, (from old age which it has decreased over time, or from being underdeveloped in cases of young children).

An antibiotic is a type of antimicrobial substance active against bacteria. It is the most important type of antibacterial agent for fighting bacterial infections, and antibiotic medications are widely used in the treatment and prevention of such infections. Iron is commonly underconsumed especially for girls as they lose blood during menstration. A consequence of not getting enough iron can lead to developing anemia.
An unhealthy lifestyle can lead to obesity as excercise goes helps to burn off the kilocalories from your food but when you are not excercising regularly this can lead to an energy imbalance which is when you take in more kilocalories then you use the energy from your food is stored in your body in the form of fat. Another consequence is if you take in too much sugar the hormone in your body called insulin which helps maintain a regular blood sugar level will not be able to control your bloood sugar level and this can lead to you developing type two diabetes and therefore you will need to inject insulin into your body and you will have to keep a check on your blood sugar levels constantly.

Exercise helps us sleep better: When we're stressed, it can be hard to fall asleep at night. But when we exercise, we can tire our bodies out, making it easier for us to fall asleep and stay asleep. Getting enough sleep is important because it helps our bodies and brains rest and recover, which can help us feel less stressed.

Exercise gives us a break: Sometimes when we're feeling stressed, it can feel like we're stuck in a never-ending cycle of worry or anxiety. But when we take a break to exercise, we can give our minds a chance to rest and focus on something else. It's like hitting the reset button on our stress!

Heart rate while studying: 64 beats per minute
Heart rate while riding a bike: 80 beats per minute

Compare these heart rates and explain why they are different.
Your friend stopped jogging to take a 15 second quick count and counted 40 beats. Show or explain how she would find her beats per minute.

The heart rate is different while dancing, studying and riding a bike because the amount of blood needed for each activity is different. Blood pumps as fast as it as needed by the cells, which is why riding a bike has fast heart rate while studying has a regular heart rate.
They are different because you will be going at a different ‘speed’ or you may be more active , less stressed?
