A uniform diameter of 2 nm along the length of the dna structure provides the strongest evidence for purine-pyrimidine pairing.
Complementary base pairs include cytosine and guanine, adenine and thymine, and cytosine and guanine. This is the foundation of Chargaff's rule; due to their complementarity, a DNA molecule contains an equal amount of adenine and thymine, as well as guanine and cytosine. Three hydrogen bonds link cytosine and guanine, while two hydrogen bonds bind adenine and thymine. The two strands are inherently anti-parallel, therefore one strand will have the sugar's 3′ carbon in the "upward" position and the other strand will have the sugar's 5′ carbon. Because a purine (two rings) and pyrimidine (one ring) are constantly paired, and their combined lengths, the diameter of the DNA double helix is constant throughout.

DNA Sequence: TAC-GTG-TTA-GTC-TAA-GAA-ACT
A. 1- mRNA: UAC-GUG-UUA-GUC-UAA-GAA-ACU
2- Amino acid sequence (5'3' Frame): Tyrosine-Valine-Leucine-Valine-stop codon-Glutamic acid-Threonine (abbreviation: YVLV-ET)
B. 1- mRNA: UAC-UGU-UAG-UCU-AAG-AAA-CU
2- Amino acid sequence (5'3' Frame): Tyrosine-Cysteine-stop codon-Serine-Lysine-Lysine (abbreviation: YC-SKK)
Explanation:
Transcription is a cellular mechanism where a specific sequence of a DNA strand is used as template to synthesize an RNA molecule, often a messenger RNA (mRNA) molecule that is subsequently utilized to create an ordered sequence of amino acids (i.e., a protein) by a mechanism referred to as translation. In RNA, uracil (U) always replaces thymine (T) bases. During translation, the mRNA is "read" according to the genetic code which associates the DNA sequence to the amino acid sequence in the polypeptide chain. For such purpose, each triplet of nucleotides or 'codon' in the mRNA specifies one aminoacid or one-stop codon (stop codons are UAA, UAG, UGA).

What are the different stages of meiosis ?The meiosis is a type of cell division which is up two types such as Meiosis I and Meiosis II, subdivided into sub phases. In prophase I disintegration in nuclear envelope, chromosomes condensed and Spindle fibres formation occur.
In Prometaphase II, Spindle fibres bind at the centromere to the chromosome where as in Metaphase I, homologous chromosomes align at the equatorial plate.
Anaphase I in which chromosomes passes towards the opposite poles and In Telophase I, Spindle fibres disappear, reformation of Nuclear envelope occur followed by Cytokinesis.

true or false During exercise, the oxygen concentration in the blood increases to twice that of resting levels.
The statement "During exercise, the oxygen concentration in the blood increases to twice that of resting levels" is false.
During exercise, the oxygen concentration in the blood increases, but it does not typically double. During exercise, the body increases its demand for oxygen in order to fuel the working muscles. This leads to an increase in respiration and heart rate, which can help to bring more oxygen into the bloodstream.
However, the increase in oxygen concentration is typically not double that of resting levels. The exact amount of increase can vary depending on the individual and the intensity of the exercise, but it is generally not as dramatic as doubling the resting levels.

Can a purine pair with a purine?
Answer:
A always pairs with T and C always pairs with G. A and G are purines, meaning that they have two rings, while T and C are pyrimidines, meaning they have one ring. Due to the Watson and Crick model, the width of DNA is constant, meaning that there must be a consistant width in each base pairing. As a result, only a purine can pair with a pyrimidine, giving each base pairing a total of 3 rings.

Which of the following conclusions did Mendel form as a result of his observations?
Mendel made the conclusion from his observations on the garden pea plant that for each and every trait in a population, a pair of alleles are present i.e., dominant and recessive allele. Thus, the correct option is B.
What was Mendel's law?Mendel did his experiments on the garden pea plant (pisum sativum) in which he found that for all the characters two different alleles are present in a population in which one allele is dominant on the other which is recessive. The dominant allele is represented by capital letter and is present in all the generations whereas the recessive allele is represented by small letter and often skips the generation.
Thus, by compiling the results of pea plants, Mendel concluded that the characteristics could be divided into two forms- expressed and latent traits. He called these traits as dominant and recessive traits, respectively.
Therefore, the correct option is B.

Answer:
Forward mutations
In an organism when mutations create a change from wild type to abnormal phenotype, then that type of mutations are known as forward mutations. Most mutations are forward type.
Reverse or back mutations
The forward mutations are often corrected by error correcting mechanism, so that an abnormal phenotype changes into wild type phenotype.
Deletion mutations. The point mutation which is caused due to loss or deletion of some portion (single nucleotide pair) in a triplet codon of a cistron or gene is called deletion mutation.

Which term describes protein catalysts in the human body?.
The term that describes protein catalysts in the human body is enzymes. Enzymes are protein catalysts in the human body that accelerate biochemical reactions without being consumed themselves.
Enzymes are biological molecules, typically proteins, that act as catalysts in biochemical reactions within the human body. Catalysts are substances that speed up the rate of a chemical reaction without being consumed or permanently altered in the process.
Enzymes facilitate and regulate various metabolic processes in the body by lowering the activation energy required for a specific reaction to occur. They accomplish this by binding to specific substrates (reactant molecules) and facilitating the conversion of substrates into products through a series of steps.
Enzymes are highly specific and typically catalyze a particular reaction or a group of closely related reactions. They play a crucial role in various physiological processes, such as digestion, cellular respiration, DNA replication, and protein synthesis.
